  • 15 week program being offered full-time and part-time starting September. 10th
  • Prepares Aboriginal people to facilitate and coordinate life skills, leadership, job readiness, cultural development, youth work, career planning, reconciliation, strategies for language teaching, supporting/ tutoring, project planning, and wellness/ self-care
  • Promotes self-determination and wellness for Aboriginal individuals and communities.

WHO SHOULD COME?

Culturally-specific training that will enhance opportunities for development of Aboriginal people

  • Applicants must be of Aboriginal ancestry with 2 years of work experience and/or volunteer work in Human Service field
  • ‚ÄčCompletion of Grade 12 or equivalent. Mature student entry with relevant experience will be considered.
  • Subject to criminal Record Check
